To Whom It May Concern: With the recent and numerous toy recalls, consumers are understandably nervous about toy safety these days. I would personally like to assure every purchaser or potential purchaser of our toys that we take our responsibility to child safety very seriously and are vigilant in our efforts to uphold that commitment. We put our toys through very rigorous testing and test our paints thoroughly before releasing for purchase.

All our toys meet or exceed U.S. and European standards for toy safety.

In addition to toy safety, we are also concerned about the earth and all the inhabitants upon it. We use only sustainable, renewable materials for our toys and visit every factory we use in China and elseware to insure our toys are being made in a socially responsible way. We interview workers to see how they are living and working, determine for ourselves if they are earning a fair wage, using safe practices, that they are adults, etc. If not, we pull the plug. We believe that the factory's policies for worker treatment and safety practices work together to create safe toys made in a socially responsible way, both values of utmost importance to us.
